Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Non-Returnable Items

Accessories may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your approved return has been processed.

Refunds
